Volcanic, mature taste. One of the better rosé sparkling wines I have had. Often rosés are somewhat inferior to whites when sparkling - to my taste. There is no white alternative produced on the estate, so at least for now, we will not know if that would be the case here as well. 22/7-2025 — a month ago
