Black label is the Oak Reserve. Much better than the red label. Fantastic. Sweet , floral. Yum — 10 years ago
Too young to be opening but immensely powerful and balanced. — 11 years ago
Fantastic this was K&L barrel 43-3C from a few years back — 6 years ago
Dark red color, very fruity, decent tannins, long lasting taste. A very good wine for that price! — 10 years ago
At Terroir in Tribeca. Nice marriage of the 3C blend. Cinsault aromatics on the nose. Cab hits palette first followed by burst of cherries and slight white pepper from Cinsault. Carignan adds some additional tannins and acid lift that seals the deal. — 11 years ago

It's the 3c - an interesting beast: citrus, and some kind of sour note. Neil Prentice at his finest. — 10 years ago

🌱 Champagne Bourgeois‑Diaz is a biodynamic grower‑producer in the Marne, crafting champagne with purity, intention, & zero makeup. Husband & wife team, Jérôme & Charlotte, work their vineyards in harmony with nature, while also taking a lower-intervention approach in the winery.
✨ In this way, each bottle gives voice to the growing environment surrounding their vines.
👁️ Beginning with a vibrant color in the glass, this wine offers a sense of vitality and verve. Glowing hints of gold might speak to a higher proportion of reserve wines in the blend or perhaps the influence of oak (50% oak, 50% stainless steel) in the winemaking process.
👃 The aromas and flavors remind me of apple crisp, quince paste, marzipan, toast, brioche, blanched almond, nougat, lemon curd, white peach, raspberry coulis, papaya skin, chalk, white blossom, wet stones, & oyster shell.
😋 On the palate, this wine is bone dry, with zero dosage, a steely acidity that builds tension with the creamy mousse & mouthfeel, a medium body, medium alcohol, followed by a long, elegant finish.
