Sparkling mead from Point Reyes Station. Tasted alongside two of their other 'single varietal' honeys: carrot blossom and radish blossom.. This had the best balance of the three. Very slight sweetness. Very pretty. Can't wait to drink this with some spicy Thai food. Suck it Jenks. — 11 years ago
