A relatively young bodegas doubled as a 5-start hotel. Exuberant nose of blackberry, plum, red currant, wood sources, anise and subtle game. The palate, while rich, is very youthful for a 11-year old bottle. Sharp acidity and quite formidable tannins. Probably needs another 8-10 years to completely settle down. — 4 years ago
