The Borgoluce people say this Prosecco takes time in the glass to give up its full expression, but I like the citrusy, yeasty nose right away. Lemon and minerals dominate the nose, while the acidity provides a ton of refreshment. It paired well with a vegetable korma as well as an avocado and pepper sandwich. — 5 years ago
