Blended 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon, vinified in French wood barrels for up to 12 months, showcases an aging-potential white for up to 10 years. Had the 2019 Vintage, and it climbing to its peak in 2025. On the nose; Vibrant and complex dominated by white flowers, herbs, grassy yet fresh acidity. On the palate, some hints of white pepper, yellow baked apple, a hint of quince flavors and shows its intensity on the finish.
