I had the 2019 very nice full body white. — 5 years ago
Raspberry juicy upfront, crashes to something much more interesting and complex. Light notes of leather, mushroom, tobacco. Overall effect is mellow and charming. — 5 years ago

Easter mimosas — 6 years ago
Smooth and vivid. No aftertaste. Sediment from the cluster adds character, takes nothing away. A fabulous wine 🍷 — 7 years ago
08’ Was a very good vintage. It holds up to the 05 & 02.
The nose is somewhat restrained. Don’t let that fool you. The palate, lushness(when it warms up)with apples, intense mineral core. Great structure & balance. The rather high acidity & fruit play nicely together.

Louis Bouillot — Perle d’Ivoire Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Blanc de Blancs — Burgundy, France 🇫🇷
Overview:
Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine made primarily from Chardonnay using the traditional method. Crafted in Burgundy, this Crémant delivers elegance, finesse, and excellent value as a Champagne alternative.
Aromas & Flavors:
Lemon zest, green apple, and delicate white flowers lead the profile. Subtle brioche and light pastry notes add complexity without overshadowing the freshness.
Mouthfeel:
Light to medium-bodied with fine, persistent bubbles. Crisp acidity, clean structure, and a balanced, elegant finish that lingers just enough without heaviness.
Food Pairings:
Aperitif, oysters, sushi, light appetizers, or brunch dishes. Also works beautifully for elevated mimosas thanks to its dry, clean profile.
Verdict:
A refined and highly drinkable Crémant that overdelivers for its category. Elegant, versatile, and consistently satisfying, an easy go-to sparkling option.
Did You Know?
Crémant de Bourgogne must follow the same traditional method as Champagne, including secondary fermentation in bottle, but often comes at a fraction of the price.
🍷 Personal Pick:
A standout value Blanc de Blancs, clean, elegant, and dangerously easy to keep pouring. — 2 years ago
Quite almond forward and sweet. Good for dessert or mimosas. — 6 years ago
Good!! It is not bitter at all. Jose’s and I first sparkling wine :) it was a store favorite and we think that it would match perfectly for mimosas! Get me that orange juice!!!!

Minerals, struck-match/gun flint for days. Citrus fruit. Crisp acidity balanced by smooth, round texture. From dry farmed Herron vineyard, old vines planted in ‘69, hand harvested. 9 barrels. 13.5% ABV. — 5 years ago
