Black cherries, blackberry/blueberry compote, white pepper, violets, wood chips, rosemary, za'atar. Lively acid, minimal narrow rough velvet tannin presence, light bodied, juicy-silky texture, dark fruit-peppery-earthy finish. Highly aromatic, lean structure, felt like a cross between a cab franc/moulin-à-vent. No added sulfites, blend of indigenous Caillet and Montenegro plus carbonic Monastrell for fun.
