Dry, but rich fruit with light toastiness, tart acids on the midpalate, a touch of salinity, and a compelling finish. Fantastic!

Candied ginger, ginger snap cookie, fresh ground nurneg, baked pears on the nose.

Even with all the super rich profile on the nose it's super light and crisp with tart green apple on the palate. Lemon bar on the finish.

None of this is brioche and only a hint of shortbread on the finish.
