2016 vintage. Need to order some more of this-pronto. Obviously too young but firing on nearly all cylinders at this point. The go-to BDX for those that want to drop coin on BDX but aren't familiar with BDX. For those of us that are familiar with the area/wines, this producer and vintage are delivering overtime. Voluptuous and sexy mixed with just enough down to earth(iness). Drinking phenomenally now. Too youthful to accurately speculate on the end game/potential of this vintage now. Much of the baby fat is gone yet there are a few strands left. Going back to the 1988 vintage, this is in my top three Cos offerings- like now, man... 4.29.23 — 3 years ago

Cork giving out but why not after 19 years! Wine is escaping to fresh beauty with a little wet dog age that I like.
Holding her space in 2025
80% Zin, 16% Petite Syrah, 4% Carignane
14.7% is reigning it in on this varietal and well done! Doesn’t feel fire breathing at all 👏 — 8 months ago
Great wine, aged 39 years and not old (might have Ben better a few years ago?). Great aroma with chocolate and dark fruit. The chocolate and fruit along with currents and a hint of leather on the tongue. It was decanted and kept getting better until it was gone — 4 years ago

This Cab is particularly nice. Sweet upfront, tapering to dryness with lots of character. Would purchase again. — 3 months ago
Open. Last one. Blackberry violets meats lead pencils some baking spices. Fruit is mostly gone on palate. Still good tannins structure Open an hour. Leather comes though more. Fruit flavors of light blackberry bramble. Turned excellent over 2 hrs. — 3 years ago
