Wonderfully balanced Côtes that was delightful whilst enjoying an outdoor bbq. I chilled it for a bit since I don’t love room temperature reds in the summer. It paired perfectly with the grilled sirloin and flavorful burger we enjoyed for dinner as well as summer vegetables with Italian seasonings. — 6 years ago
