Intended to get a Chablis for oysters as I love that pairing and couldn’t resist the label. Pleasantly surprised and was $20 cheaper than the others I normally buy. Not quite as complex as some other serious whites but completely ok with that. Paired extremely well and drinks just as nicely on its own on a patio. — 20 days ago

The Gewurztraminer typically would represent the explosion of flavors and would guarantee to tickle your senses, this one is a strong member of the team. The ubiquitous for Alsace flavor of Rainier cherries is supplemented by vanilla, caramel and spice, and, amazingly enough, in overall dry package.
