Ålrajt, för tydlighetens skull: den första flaskan jag drack MÅSTE ha varit defekt, för flaska nr 2 är utan problem drickbar - god till och med! Slank, mineralig och med en svag, svag hint av nån exotisk frukt. Tipp topp till oliver, oljedoppad levain och kapris. Phew, vilken tur! Och vilken upprättelse! #caves — 2 days ago

Barberry Garden

Low intervention bubbles with no chaptalisation and no correction. Powerful oxidative style that explodes with honey, wax, baked apples, almond and pickles. Such a bright style leaves no room to stay indifferent, it's a love or hate story. And while I like oxidative bubbles, this one lacks complexity and delicacy, I wonder if time will tame its raw vigor.
