This was my favorite of the five Highland Whiskies we tasted #Glendronach #12year #SherryWood #Whisky #oldlinescotchclub — 10 years ago
Not sure what the 8.9 ratings were about: I think this is pretty damn good. Has a lot more depth that any Glendronach I've ever had - almost strikes me as a hybrid between a Highland and Speyside malt given the fullness on the palate. Has a nice smokiness to it as well. It's no Glenfarclas 40 (best scotch I've ever had), but this is good! — 9 years ago
Interesting scotch with high and low notes (high notes come out with water) at a great price point! — 7 years ago
This was a delicious surprise. Reminded me of old Glenmo releases. — 8 years ago
What the fuck? Vanilla, orange, serious almond, and little oxidization with 2hours finish...i am not a whiskey drinker but this was.amusin — 10 years ago

Glendronach 18 years and 21 years are about to be gone, so I was looking for a piece of cask strength from the same strain of sherry barrels and found it. The taste is more than expected with rich vanilla, a touch of white pepper. A glass before going to bed in the weekend. — a month ago
