Mission Hills Family Estate ‘Estate Series’ Sauvignon Blanc 2021: Medium-bodied. Crisp acidity. Nice balance. Flavorful & refreshing taste with notes of tropical fruit, green apple, peach & lime. Long clean finish. Paired nicely with a grilled shrimp Caesar salad. Day 1 in Vancouver and we’re off to a great start. Looking forward to my British Columbia wine adventure. More food & wine posts over the next few days! Great day to all! Cheers 🇨🇦🍷 — 4 years ago

Typical light Chianti. Fruity, quite a bit of acidity. Not bad! — 5 years ago

This deep lemon-yellow wine has forward aromas of ripe golden apple, ripe pear, lemon, quince, peach, clove, cream, vanilla, pastry, toast, elderflower, dried yellow plum, and dried apricot. All that translates to the vibrantly intense palate. The wine is dry but richly textured and to that end its only lack is an extra jolt of acidity. Medium alcohol and a long finish round out a dazzling wine adventure in the glass. — 2 years ago
