Enormously complex with a bazillion interesting flavors including Eucalyptus. Picked this up for a tasting (I am hosting) it will be a mega hit. Folks will love this in your face flavor hammer. Cherry pie on the nose. Hints of cherry, berries and plums on the fore palate. Smooth, moderate finish of leather. Not as spicy as expected for a Shiraz. (Sirloin tip steak, lobster tails, baked potato, saluted kale w baby Bella mushrooms - last meal with Kendra - Tim) — a month ago

Opaque dark purple color. This wine took a while to open up. Not that great right out of the bottle but this wine developed with some air. Aromas were very savory and organic. (Violets, cedar, bramble and just a hint of blackberry). Blueberry , Blackberry and dark plum fruit flavors evolved with time. Not the fruit bomb I was expecting. Nice hint of smokey oak on the finish. — 4 years ago
