It’s a good listen and the wine is super thoughtful. I can say im super thankful he and heather are keeping this going! Thank you heather brand for pouring and being the great host! Lately I’ve been opening lots of brightly colored fruity Pet Nats of the lightly fermented, softly carbonated category. Like wine’s version of Tepache. I prefer the Pet Nats with some filtration and yeast influence. Give me some crisp and textured bubbles. This Loire inspired Grolleau is more me - a pale rosey gold, muffled notes of candied watermelon, bitter grapefruit pith, and sweet strawberry. More like this please. — 6 years ago
