Orange Natural Wine. Nothing added or removed. 100% Narince. Whole bunch open top fermentation. 21 days cuvasion. Deep orange-yellow color. Lifted aromas of white flowers, oranges, tangerines, lime, sweet spices and herbs. Rich and creamy, with low acidity making for a tactile, chewy palate sensation. Flavors of ripe tangerine, apricot and medlar fruit shine through on the long, chewy, pure finish. This first Thracian Natural Orange wine shows a chewiness of texture almost like red wine. 8 ppm total sulphur, 1 ppm free sulphur. 39 ppm VA. Stunning technical numbers for a natural wine. Kudos to Chamlija Team.
