Nose has ripe strawberry, dried orange peel, ripe Clementine orange and tangerine gummy bears (yum).
Palate has tart strawberry, tart raspberry, minor candle wax, dried grapefruit with light tannins.

Bière ambrée d'exception de la brasserie canadienne Dieu du Ciel. Elle est un peu forte car elle titre à 10,2, mais elle a la particularité d'exploser en bouche au niveau des arômes: caramel, fruits, épices, et en cherchant bien des notes de fruits rouges. Elle a la particularité d'être disponible tous les 21 décembre, et elle peut se garder plusieurs années en cave. Je la conseille fortement — 9 years ago

Took Joy’s suggestion and celebrated the Winter Solstice and full moon with the 2014 Winter’s Cuvée. What a wonderful idea! And the restaurant waived the corkage because we brought a white chocolate ginger cheesecake for the staff to enjoy. Life is good. — 8 years ago
