Very nice metodo classico sparkler. Pure chardonnay with lemonpeel, lime, mineral notes and very faint bready note. Small negative note as the bubbles could be tad nore refined to present more elegant mouthfeel. But for a price of a decent Prosecco this is still a winner. Definitely worth checking when you comeacross one — 5 years ago
