Dense, extracted nose of cassis and burnt toast. Mid palate is pure and viscous with blueberry jam and brown sugar notes. Squeaky clean and burly tannins interplay with bright acidity. This still has 10 years + in the tank! Excellent example from an outstanding producer. — a month ago
