My first Thai wine! It’s a lovely aperitif on a hot day. Dry and fruity strawberry and honey, but not overly sweet. — 8 years ago

Pinecones and orange blossoms. Pineapple cake and dried apricots fill your nostrils. Lemon-orange, maple, sweet corn, creamy grapefruit, pine nuts and lemon cookie coalesque and then a resinous pine in burlap emerges triumphant in the face of the tropical monsoon. It carries on like pine tar on a baseball bat. Home run! — 10 years ago

Well hello there you musty yet bright friend! You are a lady's perfect pairing for a night of reality television or a blushing night in some Spanish villa. Your feminine silky notes alongside your punchy backbite tease make me think of dusty nights and creosote after a monsoon. Let's spend our teenage years together in the next lifetime. — 11 years ago
