Nice 2019 brunello. Good pairing with both duck and steak. Not an overly serious or tannic brunello, definitely drinking quite well at 6 years. Great dark fruit, bit of earth, round acid on the finish. Nice wine. — 2 months ago

This was the 1st vintage from this producers single vineyard plot. “Le Due Porte” with only 2200 btls made. Notes of cherry, plum fruits, dried herbs, licorice & tobacco, silky mouthfeel that needs a few more years in the cellar. — 5 years ago
