Fresh, fruity with hints of tropical flowers. Smooth but not buttery, pale golden and inviting. Paired well with homemade pizza and habanero salsa. — 10 months ago

Some cherries and plum, low alcohol-13.5%, smooth tannins — 4 months ago
Inky big time black & blue fruit but only after several hours in decanter. This has some stuffing, great extract and tons of secondary notes like tobacco leaf, mushroom & freshly turned earth, dried herbs, etc. graceful on palate, needed some acidity / pliable tannins, smells big, tastes med (-) but delicious regardless. — 3 years ago
Wow! Rich and deep. Much better than the 10 and better than the 20. A lot more flavor on the back of the tongue and it lasts longer! Big finish! — 4 years ago
Big wine for a relatively small price. Do yourself the favour. The 2014 vintage was wonderful in 2020. — 6 years ago
Smooth and balanced. Enjoyable with and without food, which is something that not all wines from Dão do. — 6 years ago
This yellow-good wine smells like a fruit basket. Lemon, lime, peach, nectarine - a cornucopia. There is also a beautiful floral note which is almost washed away in the tidal wave of fruit. The palate shows plenty of lemon and lime, with a brisk acidity and finish that stays in the mouth a long time. The stone fruit aspect brings a slight sweetness to the wine to differentiate it from, say, a Sauvignon Blanc. Great summer sipper? Sure it is. But a wine like this will serve well at holiday parties as an aperitif and alongside turkey and ham. — 7 years ago
