I'm proud to be the very first one tagging this baco. A great surprise! What a sharp long wine, vigorous acidity, citron and aged fruits ... Surely over 80 years! Grapes were unknown to me, but very exotic, specially Codega de Larinho. From a non fashion region in Portugal, Tras-os-Montes, I invite courageous ppl to go for it! — 11 years ago

Santa Valha Red Wine from Portugal. 2011. Nice violet color. Very strong soil/mushroom on the nose. Medium acidity. Dry. Alcohol. Berries and sour apple. There's certain brightness in the taste. Sunny flavor? Mineral on the finish. Complex wine. Very unique encounter. That's why you cannot stop trying new wines. — 11 years ago
