Well, well a very enjoyable Romanian Pinot Noir. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this was.
Bright in colour and an aroma of strawberries and plums. Gentle flavours with very mild tannins and a slight hint of sweetness giving a raspberry and red fruit taste.
This was a ridiculously cheap £4.99 from Aldi. Noroc! as they say in Romania. — 4 years ago

Best wine I have ever had from Transylvania! — 10 years ago
This 2003 Pinot Noir which is from Vampire Vineyards is spectacular in both color and flavor; It also has quite a beautiful level of clarity; Its nose makes quite a clear and profound statement about the spices that have been used in its making. My last statement speaks to this wine's wonderful balance of acidity to tannins which are clearly revealed in its peaks — 12 years ago

First organic macerated white wine purchased inspired by trip to Denmark. Pretty good! — 4 years ago
There are many people who are clearly not fans of Chardonnay and they are more then entitled to like whatever it is that they like but there are some people like me whom do appreciate a good Chardonnay.
Most Chardonnays have a bit of sharpness to them and come off flavor wise as slightly tart and somewhat crisp. The tartness is due to the fact that a very small bit of the vine is added in the making of the Chardonnay.
True Wine Connoisseurs and Critiques would know this due to intensive study
on the subject which by the way information wise on Wine Making is readily available on The Web due to the very large exchange of information on Wine Making's Practices, Methods and Techniques as well as there being a huge wealth of knowledge on the growing of wine grapes and the items used in the making process. — 12 years ago
