100% Riesling from Zind Humbrecht’s monopole site in Hunawihr, not far from Trimbach’s Clos St. Hune (within the Rosacker Grand Cru). Like Clos St. Hune, it sits on rocky Muschelkalk limestone soils, which allow this Riesling to develop wonderful concentration and minerality.
