割合不詳だがピノノワール、シラー、ビオニエの3種。
香りがかなり特徴的。ピノの香りにバラような華やかな香り。ここからして変化球感強めだが、飲んでみるとアルコール度数の低さからか割と甘めの果実味だが、スルスルと飲めてしまう。
香りや果実味のタッチからは意外性のあるスルスル感。
後味はシラーのスパイス感と花の香り。
すごく変化球感のあるテクニカルで、味わいも変化球感強いけど、何故か美味しい。今まで飲んだ中で1番不思議かも。 — 6 years ago

First wine I've ever tried of this grape. Similar to a Sauvignon Blanc, with racing acidity and notes of grapefruit and gooseberry. Interestingly, there's blueberry coulis on the nose and palate. Very pale straw in color, light to medium bodied, 11% ABV. — 11 years ago
