2022. Sparkling Rosé made with 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Petit Verdot. Their 2020 wine of the same name was a Verjus/Piquette blend with high acidity and low %abv. Picked up walking by Verjus (aside- cannot wait for places like that to reopen in SF). Extremely aromatic and floral nose. Delicate but with firm structure- this has aging potential and would be nice to have another bottle to open up in a few years. — 5 years ago

This wine had so much floral and berry freshness, but plenty of heft and earthiness to complement duck confit over a cabbage / caraway / quince salad at Verjus. Tannins and acid were balanced and not overwhelming--this was not too young to drink now. — 11 years ago
