A blend of Treixadura, Giselle & Loureiro. Expressive on the nose with yellow stone fruit, moist rocks & moss and a saline whiff. Surprisingly rich on the palate yet beautifully balanced by the juicy acidity and asking, mineral bite.
This has surprising depth & precision. An absolutely beautiful match with fish (pot roasted red gurnard)!! — 4 years ago
