Produced from the "mosto flor" ("free-run juice") of sustainably grown and hand-harvested grapes. Ya means "yes!" in Spain. Straw yellow with good flow of tiny bubbles and light mousse. Stone fruit aromas with a vanilla nut fragrance. On the palate peach and citrus flavors, good balance, plenty of acidity and lingers nicely. — 3 months ago

This one has fleshed out nicely over the last 2 years, showing better balance and integration of flavors. Acidity has become more mellow. Nose of lava/asphalt/petrol and grilled lemon. Very mineral, earthy, and austere on the palate as well. Lemony, smoky and salty finish. Almost like a shot of tequila…! 🌵 🍋 🧂

The floral and elegant side of Garnacha. Fine raspberries, good acid, some funky note. Pleasant — 4 months ago
This is outstanding! Camphor. — 3 months ago
Blackberry, Big League Chew, cured meat, smoke. Dark fruits on the palate with some meaty, spicy notes on the mid palate that reminds me of chorizo. Medium acidity and medium, dusty tannins. Good stuff. — 3 months ago
