Velvet ripe fruit and vanilla on the nose with a hint of dark berry liquor. Palate is a bit over ripe black fruit with a touch of brambles, maybe some uneven ripening. Med acid med+\+ alc. very ripe. Would be nice with a serving of marinated leg of lamb. Finish has some redeeming chalkiness and dark and almost stewed red fruit
