This is 100% Chardonnay, my favorite style, still family run by a brother-sister team. Clear straw yellow color with light bubbles. Fresh fruit on nose slight yeast hints. On the palate apples, lemon zest with biscuit notes. Minerality and vivid acidity bring this bubbly to a lasting finish. Nice!
