Abeja
Heather Hill Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Walla Walla Valley, Oregon/Washington, USAExcellent wine (that could stand to age at least a few more years)! Cherry and cola notes are dominant on initial palette and the cherry lingers long after swallowing. Red plum, tobacco, and a hint of sage/herbaceous flavors round out the rest of the taste experience. Nice mouthfeel, medium firm tannins, and smooth finish make for a very pleasurable quaff. Yum!

Jan 27th, 2020Really needed to decant this wine. But an enjoyably huge W2 cab, balanced, structured and built for the long haul.

He bigger of the 2 Abeja Cabs but still immensely approachable with an incredibly long finish.
