Strawberries and light cherries on the nose. Light acid. Smooth finish. Paired with a marseille shrimp stew very nicely. Really great rose, easy to drink, very refreshing.

I am very hard to please when it comes to Rosé but this is a definite winner. Fresh strawberry and minerality on the nose and subtle watermelon on the very, very long finish. A bit of cream on the back end as well makes this a wonderfully balanced and delicious wine.
