Black and blue fruits, fig, a touch of earth, and a little spice. Not to tannic but enough to give it a backbone. Opened up within 30 minutes revealing complex layers of fruit and a very nice velvety mouthfeel. Finish is concentrated and very tasty. Drink now or hold for 5+ this is well made juice.
