Natural chardonnay; a little oxydative on nose, structured with long finish. Service temperature really made a difference.

(2016) a low-intervention wine goes best with low-intervention food. By itself I can imagine the volatility being out of hand, but with food that has encountered very little manipulation, this dazzled.
