This was bloody delicious. Floral, lemom curd, apricots, honey, wax, mineral. Certainly opened up in the glass, so I feel time will do this wine justice. SA should be damn proud of this wine.

Our contribution to last staff dinner at Gravity Nov 2019. All our wine was already shipped so had to pick a winner off their list. Stoked to see them having this. Decanted. Still a baby but enjoyable. I'll keep our btl for 5 more yrs.....I hope.
