High alcohol (14.8%abv) but it’s seamlessly integrated with ripe tannins, a moderate amount of oak toast and vanilla,and plenty of black currant, blackberry, black cherry and dried herbs. Full bodied from the alcohol but a good medium acidity, ripe and satisfying glass.

Medium ruby; medium intensity aromas; cherry and blackberry, slight herbaceous greenness, olive brine, opens up to some vanilla; dry, but with very ripe fruit that reads as sweetness, high acid, strong mid palate tannins, cooked fruit notes, stewed plum, slight stemminess at finish

Tired this at a wine tasting event. Full bodied, fruity, almost thought it was a barbersco.
