A Syrah rosé from Washington State... When I saw Syrah rosé, I guess I expected some spiciness, but this is a very dry, savory rosé that I think would pair well with literally any food. Some strawberry on the nose, but not as present as for other rosés. Likewise, there's nothing substantially floral here. Instead, what I taste is almost visual... A thin sheen like a bubble floating through a park in summertime rounding out the surprise deep savoriness that lies inside. Quite a nice rosé indeed. Go Canucks!
