Les Santenots du Milieu Volnay 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Crazy smoke and purity of fruit. Smells like it’s going to be a monster but very delicate and finessed palate.

Crazy reduction. Smoke and dark fruit. Rather rustic and unique.

Great juicy pinot with thin riped tanins and full of fresh cherry aromas. A hint of french oak aromas as well but the fruit is dominant.
Thought It would be drier..
