This wine grew on me over time and was better day 2. A more contemplative fiano- the texture demands it almost. Tons of minerality and almost absurdly dry in character. 14.5% on the bottle but didn’t feel it.

1 person found it helpfulJan 21st, 2023Nice with a few years of age. The 14.5% does come through a bit more than I was hoping, though perhaps that also gives it the depth of body that I enjoy. Flowers, minerals, some bitterness, good acid.
