This is an excellent Chardonnay keeping pace with Bass Phillip’s Premium Pinot Noir. That has not always been the case but this certainly is. Stone fruit and honeycomb with a creamy texture and medium plus intensity on the palate. Enough acid to warrant having the last bottle later in the year or early in 2027.

A layered highly textural wine. Very good and what you would expect from Bass Phillip. The first of 3. Next in a year or two.
