The coverage of Covey's firing - huge story this evening. I went looking for Petite Verdot - my absolute favorite red - unfortunately I cannot find any , so , I'll need to order more. At any rate, right now, this Cabernet is extremely good, full, berries, rounded, fruity.

Grilled bacon with layers of dark black/red fruits and earthy/floral undertones.
Decanted for 95 minutes. Can't wait to see how this opens up and changes with each glass.
Had with mushroom, green bean risotto.

Wine was outstanding! Needed to open / decant. Strong cherry with hint of tobacco. Would strongly recommended!
