Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Light, easy drinking, black cherry-forward Pinot Noir.

Perfectly paired with endive salad with candied walnuts. Sweet walnuts bring out a berry forward quality. Bitter endive brings out a terroir driven, spicy, chalky wine so you can taste the soil in the bottom of the glass.

Great lite wine to go with cioppino and seafood stew on a cold night

Good rich berry flavor. It almost taste carbonated, can’t get past it.

I dont typically like Pinot Noir's but this one was fantastic! It's a bit pricey but well worth it. Paired really nicely with the chicken thighs I made for dinner.

Nice opening with red currants, dark spiciness, aged saddle leather, and some acidity
