Powerful, fruity with cassis on the palate, spicy blackberries and blackcurrant. Quite alcoholic, medium- tannins and medium- acidity. Quite over the top. Needs to keep for this vintage.

What a great wine - early is currant on the nose and palate. As it opens it’s a smokey dark fruit with tannins that kick after about 10 seconds and they last. Delicious - time to drink it ... all!

Cal cab tasting. Dark purple and opaque. Great Cal Cabernet nose. Black cherries, tobacco leaf, herbs, moist soil. Big and rich in the mouth. Powerful with lengthy finish. Nice bottle.
