Day 3 in Napa in the books! Running a day behind on notes...Napa time runs slow AND fast!
Where as normal Tench was feminine in style (loads of fruit), this had smoked meat, herbal and savory notes alongside baked blue and blackberries. Incredible structure while also being accessible (Bevan style). Really enjoyed this.

PNP / Exceptional @ 10 years young! 65% Cab. Sauv., 30% Cab. Franc & the rest Merlot. Classic Oakville with deep dark fruit concentration, lots of glycerin, opulent drinking experience. Kudos to Russell Bevan-Owner/Winemaker! Cheers 🍇🍷👍🏻👏🏻
