Wow! This was yummy. I picked it up because it was on sale and I thought a Chard would go well with homemade potato soup. It did! Great food pairing...my palate loved it. I also think this goes well with the smooth Swiss I bought the same day. This wine is smooth and sweet. Reminds me of Meade (but not that sweet!). If my taste buds are wrong so be it. I taste apples and butter.
