Went really nicely with blue steak, could see how wine is paired to bring out different qualities in the food it's drank with. Fuller bodied but still easy to drink, not too sweet or dry.

Nicely structured classic Cabernet as good as or better than similar priced Napa Cabs straightforward cab taste that is bold and satisfying. Nice fruit, dry finish.
