It's a little fuller bodied with stronger vanilla flavors than Torrontes I've had and a little softer on the palate (usually had a little more crisp and floral/perfumey).Still, it has nice floral flavors and finishes with a nice, albeit softer bite. I like it. Would be nice with fish or fruit or greens, hot spices and herbs too.
